Course Summary
Tutor-led Learning: 1 day training
Total CPD Earned: 7 hours
CPD Accredited by: CPD Standards Office

Our ‘Leading Strategic Culture’ programme has been designed to give participants the opportunity to develop their knowledge and awareness of the role culture and cultures play in the successful delivery of organisational strategies.

Through use of case studies, research, group discussion, shared peer group experiences plus tutor knowledge and insight the programme explores and analyses the critical role culture plays in delivering organisational outcomes.

The programme is delivered over one day by experienced tutors.

The programme commences with in-depth exploration of internal organisational culture and the external culture(s) of an organisation’s operating environment.

The session investigates the nature and characteristics of culture, the steps leaders can take to analyse and evaluate the cultures they operate within and make the links between cultural awareness and delivering strategic objectives.

The interplay of culture and current global volatility and uncertainty will be explored and analysis of the implications for the participants own organisations analysed.

Delegates will consider various culture models and case studies will be introduced for the group to analyse and consider the role culture played in creating the organisational outcome.

The session will take a systems level view of culture drawing the themes from a range of the required modules together by taking a deep dive into the often overlooked but critical interdependencies between organisational culture, values, leadership, strategy and effective governance.

As well as being a core module within our Stategic Leadership Development Programmes, for those wishing to upskill in this area, we are able to offer this module as a CPD event, independent of a qualification.
