ChTC is proud to have worked with the British Military for over a decade, delivering training and development programmes and initiatives to support Military Personnel in role and through career transition.
We are an established ELCAS provider (3404) offering training and development programmes across the disciplines of Coaching & Mentoring, Professional Consultancy and Leadership & Management.
Our programmes are led by highly experienced subject matter experts who bring the training to life by sharing real-world stories and experiences. At ChTC our training and development approach blends industry standard models, tools and techniques with cutting edge research and practical application ensuring that our learners are able to practice the taught skills with confidence in their current or future workplace.

ELCAS Application Process
Qualifications offered by ChTC through the ELC scheme are shown on the Enhanced Learning Credits website referenced by the qualification title, . Unfortuantely it is not possible to link directly to our ELCAS provider page, so alternatively a link to the ELCAS provider search is provided here.
Once you are on the ELCAS provider search page, enter 3404 in the Provider ID field (if you dont see the Provider ID field initially, please click on the 'Advanced Search' link), finally click the 'Search' button and this will take you to our provider page.
To access a training and development programme using your ELC credits, we recommend that you initially advise us of the course of interest and then apply to ELCAS for your CAN notice.

All ELCAS courses require that you make a personal contribution towards course fees and you will be invoiced directly by ChTC for this, prior to the commencement of your programme.
