The Tutor Team
The training is designed and led by Professor Keith Straughan and Rebecca Kaye.
Keith is a global thought-leader in the field of innovation. He span-out his first company over 30 years ago whilst working as an academic at Imperial College London. One of his most realised strengths is his ability to underpin his professional practice with academic rigour whilst envisioning and delivering real world and commercial outcomes. Keith has founded several successful companies and works extensively as a coach and strategic advisor to CEO’s, VP’, start-ups, scale-ups and countries specialising in the areas of innovation and entrepreneurship.
Rebecca moved from the public to the private sector in 2011 and now runs a small but agile training and consultancy business with global reach. Rebecca operates extensively as a coach and consultant with businesses and organisations across the public, private and third sectors. She specialises in working with clients to create the cultural and mind-set shift required to engender innovative and entrepreneurial practice to become part of the organisational DNA. She is an honorary industry fellow at the University of Salford Business School and like Keith she is passionate about blending the academic with the pragmatic to deliver real-world results.

Whilst CPD is mandatory only in some industries such as finance, healthcare, law and others, continuous learning on and for work is part of the natural competence development process for all individuals engaged in any professional activity.
It is not about the validity of our professional knowledge; instead, it focuses on our ability to deliver training that enables our participants to achieve their professional goals, but these rely on them being added .
