This advanced-level programme is designed for organisational leaders, HR and OD professionals, and those responsible for shaping safe, effective, and thriving workplace cultures.
While mental health and wellbeing are prominent topics in today’s business landscape, the real factors that enable people to thrive at work are often misunderstood. This programme cuts through the noise—demystifying wellbeing and equipping you with strategic, evidence-based approaches to create meaningful and lasting impact in your organisation.
Programme Overview
Delivered over two intensive days, the programme is anchored in your organisation’s context:
• Before the course, you’ll complete the Petros Assessment of Dynamic Adaptation (ADA)—a diagnostic tool that helps establish a baseline view of wellbeing within your workplace.
• During the classroom or virtual session, you’ll explore anonymised ADA results and apply them within the cultural and operational reality of your organisation.
• You’ll then apply your learning in practice, before reconvening for group coaching sessions to reflect, analyse progress, and refine your approach.
Expert-Led Learning
This programme is co-designed and co-facilitated by leading experts in the field:
- Professor Jo Clarke – Founder of Petros, researcher, and recognised thought leader in organisational wellbeing and resilience
